Bay Point

Bay Point is an exclusive gated neighborhood of single-family estates on Upper East Side in the City of Miami. It is a beautiful community stretching from NE 41st Street to NE 50th Street alongside Biscayne Boulevard with Biscayne Bay on the east. The neighborhood streets are privately owned by the households and access to the roads and waterways are restricted to the residents (and their guests), of which there are approximately 250. Bay Point’s location is superb, with Miami Design District, Midtown Miami and Wynwood Arts District in close proximity. Homes are true estates, sprawling, stately and on large lots. Sabal Palm Road is considered one of the most expensive in the United States. The style of the homes varies. Most of the homes were built between 1940 and 1960 and many homes are currently undergoing major renovations as, and exhibit architectural styles ranging from contemporary Floridian, Midcentury Modern, Mediterranean to Florida Ranch. Many of the neighborhood's wealthy residents are among the most prominent lawyers, doctors, business people in Miami, including some famous entertainers like Enrique Iglesias, Dwayne Wade, Willy Chirino, and others.

Amenities

Grocery stores, restaurants and retailers are closely located to Bay Point, between, Midtown Miami, the Wynwood Arts District and the Miami Design District. Each of these areas are unique, in terms of character and design. The Miami Design District’s luxury stores and interior design stores all have interesting concepts and are works of art in their own right. Midtown Miami is a planned urban environment, with a gentrified, easy and spacious feel with more accessible retail like Target. The Wynwood Arts District is full of galleries and is a mix of old warehouses featuring artists canvas right on the buildings and some new construction retaining the artists focus in their design and feel.

Dining & Shopping

Shopping and dining are endless near Bay Point. The Miami Design District has plenty of luxury shopping options including Balenciaga, Burberry, Dior, Armani, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermes and more. Most of the restaurants in the Miami Design District are upscale. Midtown Miami has big-box retailers like Target, Marshall’s, Homegoods and others. Midtown Miami has a mix of restaurants from upscale to fast-casual dining options.

Parks & Recreation

Morningside Park, immediately north of Bay Point, is a nice park with plenty of water sports, a Tennis center, a basketball court and exercise trails. Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater, about 10 minutes away by car, is also a nice option with exercise paths, tennis courts, volley ball, basketball courts, and breathe taking views of Biscayne Bay.

Culture & Events

The proximity of Bay Point to Downtown Miami gives access to an amazing amount of arts and culture. Perez Art Museum and Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science are about 15 minutes away. The Adrienne Arsht Center of the Performing Arts hosts the Florida Grand Opera and Miami City Ballet and showcases many Broadway and theater shows for all to enjoy. The Miami Design District frequently hosts events with performers, musicians, and fun for everyone.
