The Village of Biscayne Park is a single family enclave that was developed by Arthur Griffing in the 1920's. The Village has a mixture of architectural styles; Mediterranean, Med-Deco, Midcentury and Florida Ranch. Oleta State Park is just North on Biscayne Boulevard with lush mangrove forests, bike trails, a fishing pier, kayaking and much more just a 15 minutes from Biscayne Park. Drive a little further to access the Beaches.
