Biscayne Park

The Village of Biscayne Park is a single family enclave that was developed by Arthur Griffing in the 1920's.  The Village has a mixture of architectural styles; Mediterranean, Med-Deco, Midcentury and Florida Ranch. Most homes sit on "larger than average" lots with tree-lines streets and square shaped medians. The area is very accessible to Miami Shores and North Miami, with Home Depot, Whole Foods, LA Fitness and other conveniences.

Dining & Shopping

There are plenty of shopping and dining options right on Biscayne Boulevard, heading north of Biscayne Park. Aventura Mall and Aventura Commons are just 15-20 minutes away. Aventura Mall is a popular shopping destination and has expanded year after year. There are a number of restaurants, luxury shopping options, a movie theater, and a towering slide. There are also several shopping centers with super markets, big box retailers, and other necessities on Biscayne Boulevard to fulfill all of your needs and desires.

Parks & Recreation

Enchanted Forest is located on 135th Street, near Biscayne Boulevard, which is a lovely walking park to enjoy nature just 10 minutes from Biscayne Park. Oleta State Park is just North on Biscayne Boulevard with lush mangrove forests, bike trails, a fishing pier, kayaking and much more just a 15 minutes from Biscayne Park. Drive a little further to access the Beaches.

Culture & Events

The proximity of Biscayne Park to Downtown Miami gives access to an amazing amount of arts and culture. Perez Art Museum and Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science are about 20 minutes away. The Adrienne Arsht Center of the Performing Arts hosts the Florida Grand Opera and Miami City Ballet and showcases many Broadway and theater shows for all to enjoy. The Miami Design District, only 15 minutes away, frequently hosts events with performers, musicians, and fun for everyone.
